How to Reach Cameron Highlands
By Private AST Transfer / Car (Recommended):
- From Kuala Lumpur: ~3.5 to 4-hour drive (200 km) via the North-South Expressway (E1) and Tapah Road (Route 59) or the newer Simpang Pulai route.
- From Penang: ~3.5 to 4-hour drive (250 km) taking the North-South Expressway south and ascending via Simpang Pulai.
By Bus & Tour Coach:
- Direct express buses depart daily from TBS (Terminal Bersepadu Selatan) in Kuala Lumpur and Sungai Nibong in Penang, arriving at the Tanah Rata Bus Terminal.
